About Us
The history of our company takes its start from the beginning of 1988. Our first successful project was manufacturing of plastic details for automobile “Tavria”. After a rather complex period “Perestroyka in USSR” Ukraine gained its independence and new perspectives and possibilities started to arise for business. At that time entrepreneurs started looking for new manufacturing technologies that would distinguish the company at the international market and at the same time use the advantages of natural facilities of our region –Bukovyna. This all led to the decision of Tehno Plus management to choose woodworking direction.
The company took for a basis a manufacturing technology for bed springs — latoflex* (bed slats) made from beech plywood. The first brick of woodworking plant was laid in Chernivtsi in 1995.
First, our products were exported exclusively to Europe, as Ukrainian customers and bed manufacturers didn’t consider it necessary to use bed slats for their beds. Nevertheless, as a result of product presentations, taking part in furniture exhibitions, fruitful cooperation with furniture manufacturers, Ukrainians finally paid attention to the quality of their rest and sleep. At the same time furniture manufacturers felt unconditional advantage of using bed slats in their products, which resulted in rapid demand growth from the biggest furniture plants of Ukraine.
Nowadays Tehno Plus is one of the biggest manufacturers of bed slats,plastic fixings and a variety beech plywood products. An annual product turnover is more than 3000 cubic meters of bent-glued items. We are moving forward together with world trends, globalization and high competition motivate us to self-improvement and growth. Our customer base is a treasure gained through constant interaction and long-term cooperation with the partners.
